In One Paragraph, please explain why you would like to become a Forum Moderator at Colossal Gaming?:
Becoming a forum moderator would be amazing not only would it help me as a head em (closing/moving apps) it would also allow me to also help those on the forums that may need assistance.

In One Paragraph, please describe how you would make an impact on the Forums as a Moderator?:
I'm an active person in the community and find myself to be someone that enjoys helping and sorting out problems. Me being a forum moderator would benefit the forums staff as they would have another hand helping out where help is needed.

Scenario 1: Image

You are scrolling through the introductions and you find "Spiderwizard's Introduction". You notice some activity on this users post. "Spiderwizard" has not yet responded/seen the replies.

Question 1: As a Forum Moderator, how should/do you react?
I would start off by removing the post then messaging the people involved in the harassment and let them know what they have done isn't right. After speaking them I would punish them with a short ban from the forums allowing them to have time to think about what they did.

Scenario 2: Image

You find this Post in the "MilitaryRP - General Discussion" section. Avary has not approved this post and is most likely uncertain a picture of him has been uploaded to the forums.

Question 2: As a Forum Moderator, how should/do you react?
Firstly I would start by removing the post. I would then send a message to individual responsibility and let them know what they did will not be tolerated and would proceed with a warning for harassing another player.

Question 3: As a Forum Moderator, how should/do you react?
I would start by removing the link, then letting the user know that they aren't allowed to post inappropriate links as such on the forums and would give them a ban.

+1 I believe King will be an excellent forum moderator as he is responsible and reasonable. Also I believe it is necessary for him to be forum moderator to close apps as he is Head Event Master.

-1 We do not need FORUM moderators currently, this just seems like a power grab, the only time the forums need moderating is a spam bot that comes like once in a fortnight, people who need their apps unlocked which is rarer than bots and people that need to close apps which is even rarer. I believe we do NOT need any forum moderators to moderate nothing.

Head admin and Head EM should have the forum permissions to lock and unlock threads in there respective sections. And "this just seems like a power grab" is a little over the top don't you think.
